Digital transformation of enterprises motivates employees' intrinsic motivation

Questionnaires for 607 current employees were collected through the Credemo platform.The collection period was November-December 2023, and the data was collected at three points with an interval of two weeks.There are 607 rows and 12 columns of data, with each row representing the results of a variable for a subject and each column representing the content of a variable.

本研究通过Credemo平台收集了607名在职员工的调查问卷数据。数据采集周期为2023年11月至12月，分三个时间节点完成采集，各节点间隔两周。该数据集共包含607行、12列，其中每一行对应一名被试在某一变量上的调研结果，每一列代表一个变量的调研内容。
