PLVis proteome dataframes

The following repository contains the datasets used for the results in "The Protein Language Visualizer: Sequence Similarity Networks for the Era of Language Models" and needed to run the scripts found in the corresponding GitHub (https://github.com/javi-eh/PLVis).本仓库收录了支撑论文《蛋白质语言可视化器：语言模型时代的序列相似性网络》（The Protein Language Visualizer: Sequence Similarity Networks for the Era of Language Models）研究结果的全部数据集，同时也是运行对应GitHub仓库（https://github.com/javi-eh/PLVis）内脚本所需的依赖数据。
