Data for manuscript "Integrating genetically regulated omics components enhances genomic prediction accuracy"There are three data.frame in the data:"phenotype" : contain phenotypes used in manuscript (1494 * 5)"genotype" : contain genotypes code as 0,1,2 for 1494 pigs used in manuscript (1494 * 45116)"gene_expression_fpkm" : contain gene expression data for 105 pigs used in manuscript (105 * 18063)

本数据集配套论文《整合遗传调控的多组学组分提升基因组预测精度》。该数据集包含3个数据框（data.frame），详情如下：
1. phenotype：包含本论文使用的表型（phenotype）数据，维度为1494×5；
2. genotype：包含本论文所用的1494头猪的基因型（genotype）数据，基因型编码为0、1、2，维度为1494×45116；
