Registration_code

This is a registration framework to register inter-subject 3D MRI images. This can be modified with any stationary velocity field methods. Here the proposed method is implemented with "Herve Lombaert (2020). Diffeomorphic Log Demons Image Registration, MATLAB Central File Exchange. Retrieved November 9, 2020." We are planning to extend this to all stationary velocity field variants and make it available as a toolbox for inter-subject MRI registration.

本框架为一款面向跨被试三维磁共振成像（3D MRI）图像配准的工具。其可通过任意定常速度场（stationary velocity field）方法进行定制拓展。本次实现所采用的参考方法源自Herve Lombaert（2020）发表的《微分同胚对数恶魔图像配准（Diffeomorphic Log Demons Image Registration）》，收录于MATLAB Central 文件交换中心，获取时间为2020年11月9日。团队计划后续将该框架拓展至所有定常速度场变体，并将其封装为面向跨被试磁共振成像图像配准的工具箱正式发布。
