This dataset records the total monitored surface runoff of the Hulugou Basin at its outlet hydrological section, monitored at the Qilian Station from January 1, 2011 to November 2, 2011. It contains one Excel spreadsheet titled "Flow Observation Dataset of Hulugou Hydrological Section at Qilian Station in the Upper Reaches of the Heihe River.xlsx". The dataset includes flow data at the Hulugou outlet hydrological section, which was regularly monitored at 08:00, 14:00 and 20:00 daily (measured using instruments produced by Chongqing Huazheng Hydrological Instrument Co., Ltd.)
