RNA-seq (RNAi with 3,4-Dihydroxyphenylacetaldehyde synthase)

RNAi with the 3,4-Dihydroxyphenylacetaldehyde synthase (AeDHPAAS) gene of the fourth instar larvae. Samples with decreased AeDHPAAS expression were obtained, and negative control (gus-dsRNA treatment group) and blank control were collected at the same period for RNA-seq.

以四龄幼虫的3,4-二羟基苯乙醛合酶（3,4-Dihydroxyphenylacetaldehyde synthase, AeDHPAAS）基因为靶标开展RNA干扰（RNA interference, RNAi）实验，成功获取AeDHPAAS表达下调的样本；并于同期设置阴性对照（gus-dsRNA处理组）与空白对照，用于RNA测序（RNA-seq）。
