LncRNAs sequencing of young and old skeletal muscle samples

This study aimed to analyze the key lncRNAs in the process of skeletal muscle aging. Skeletal muscle samples from 5 young participants and 5 old participants were collected in this study. LncRNAs sequencing was performed to analyze the lncRNAs that play important roles in the process of skeletal muscle aging.

本研究旨在分析骨骼肌衰老过程中的关键长链非编码RNA（lncRNAs）。本研究收集了5名年轻受试者与5名老年受试者的骨骼肌样本，通过长链非编码RNA测序技术，对在骨骼肌衰老进程中发挥重要作用的lncRNAs进行分析。
