For example, the date January 1, 2020 takes the value 1. Incubation Period: Onset date - Infection date + 1

潜伏期(InPeriod):病例的潜伏期时长
2. 变量取值说明
年龄:直接采用确诊病例的原始年龄数据
感染日期与发病日期:为便于数据分析,两类日期均以2019年12月31日(世界卫生组织(WHO)宣布新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)成为突发公共卫生事件的当日)为基准,以距该基准日的偏移天数进行表示。例如,2020年1月1日的对应取值为1。
潜伏期:计算公式为「发病日期 - 感染日期 + 1」
