The overall aim of this study is to understand the influence of laser scan strategy, specimen thickness and geometric constraint on the generation of residual stresses in fine scale (sub mm) lattice structures manufactured by the additive manufacturing (AM) process Laser beam powder bed fusion (PBF-LB) with a view for application in medical implant devices.

本研究的总体目标为阐明激光扫描策略、试样厚度与几何约束对采用激光束粉末床熔融(Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion,PBF-LB)增材制造(Additive Manufacturing,AM)工艺制备的细观(亚毫米级,sub mm)点阵结构中残余应力(residual stresses)生成的影响,以期将相关研究成果应用于医用植入器械领域。
