Transcriptome analysis of TRV and RhMORF8-silenced rose petals

The goal and relevance of this study ws to analysis the RNA editing sites of mitochondrial genes in Rosa hybrida and search RhMORF8 involved in RNA editing sites by RNA-Seq.
