Transcriptome analysis of TRV and RhMORF8-silenced rose petals

The goal and relevance of this study ws to analysis the RNA editing sites of mitochondrial genes in Rosa hybrida and search RhMORF8 involved in RNA editing sites by RNA-Seq.本研究的目标与研究意义在于分析杂交月季（Rosa hybrida）线粒体基因的RNA编辑位点，并通过RNA测序（RNA-Seq）筛选参与该类RNA编辑过程的RhMORF8基因。
