Comparison of gene expression of exposed versus non-exposed Oncorhynchus mykiss hepatocytes to four model chemicals and a synthetic mixture. Hepatocytes were exposed for 24 hours to a single chemical and a synthetic mixture of 10 nM 17 alpha-ethinylestradiol (EE2), 0.75 nM 2,3,7,8-tetrachloro-di-benzodioxin (TCDD), 100 μM paraquat and 0.75 μM 4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide (NQO). 肝细胞分别暴露于四种单一模式化学物,以及由10 nM 17α-乙炔基雌二醇(17 alpha-ethinylestradiol, EE2)、0.75 nM 2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并二噁英(2,3,7,8-tetrachloro-di-benzodioxin, TCDD)、100 μM 百草枯(paraquat)与0.75 μM 4-硝基喹啉-1-氧化物(4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide, NQO)组成的人工合成混合物,暴露时长均为24小时。
