Anammox bacteria sequencing

Anammox system was used to treat pharmaceutical wastewater with varying COD/N ratios to explore the underlying mechanism of coupling dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium (DNRA) pathway with anammox process through metagenomics sequencing analysis.本研究采用厌氧氨氧化（Anammox）系统处理COD/N比值各异的制药废水，通过宏基因组测序分析，探究异化硝酸盐还原为氨（DNRA）途径与厌氧氨氧化工艺耦合的潜在机制。
