ARTISTIC SKILLS IN CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS ON UZBEKISTAN TELEVISION

This article discusses aspects such as identifying the socio-aesthetic effects of television on children's morality, how the technical and artistic possibilities of television are implemented in personal development, and how artistic skills are used. A detailed study was conducted to identify misunderstandings and obstacles in the relationship between television programs and children's audiences, to highlight existing problems in covering political, moral and economic issues through the lens of television, and to increase its role in the education of young people.本文探讨了诸多议题，包括厘清电视对儿童道德发展的社会美学效应、电视的技术与艺术潜能如何在个体成长中得以落地，以及艺术技能的应用方式。本研究开展了详尽的调研，以明确电视节目与儿童受众之间的认知误区与沟通障碍，揭示以电视为视角呈现政治、道德与经济议题时存在的现存问题，并提升电视在青少年教育中的作用。
