RNAseq of CD4 T cells from female Rheumatoid arthritis patients [NeumRA_CD4]

RNAseq of CD4 cells from 60 female RA patients activated with aCD3 for 2 hours. Patients were collected crossectionally from the Rheumatology clinic during 2019-2020. Age md 64, range 23-76 years, Disease duration md 10, range 1-45 years. 本数据集为60名女性类风湿关节炎（RA）患者的CD4细胞RNA测序（RNAseq）数据，这些细胞经抗CD3（aCD3）刺激2小时。所有患者于2019至2020年间从风湿病门诊横断面招募。患者年龄中位数为64岁，年龄范围23至76岁；疾病病程中位数为10年，病程范围1至45年。实验整体设计：纳入60名类风湿关节炎女性患者，从其外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）中通过Dynabeads磁珠（货号11331D）阳性分选获取CD4细胞，随后用抗CD3抗体（OKT3，Sigma-Aldrich）刺激2小时。
