Analysis of antibiotic resistance genes in clinical isolates. Morganella morganii IS15 isolate:V52368

The whole genome of beta-lactam resistant clinical isolates was sequenced upon characterization with PCR and Sanger-sequencing. The clinical samples were collected in the General Hospital Vienna, Austria. The IonTorrent PGM platform was used. MIRA 3.9.9. was used to assemble the contigs. RAST was used for the annotation.

针对β-内酰胺类耐药临床分离株，先经聚合酶链反应（PCR）与桑格测序（Sanger-sequencing）完成鉴定，随后对其全基因组进行测序。临床样本采集自奥地利维也纳总医院。测序采用IonTorrent PGM平台完成。使用MIRA 3.9.9软件进行重叠群（contigs）组装。采用RAST完成基因组注释。
