Functional yeast cell wall and Penaeus vannamei gut microbiota

The study evaluated the modulation on Penaeus vannamei gut microbiota by yeast cell wall extract (YCW). Shrimp fed with YCW presented better zootechnical performance and prevalence of beneficial bacteria phylotypes.
