针对酸性析氧反应中Ru基催化剂的活性组分溶出与结构失稳问题,通过金属/非金属掺杂,构建固溶体结构,高熵合金等策略,强化Ru基催化剂中的金属-氧键,抑制晶格氧参与反应,设计开发一系列具有高活性和高稳定性的复合型催化剂。数据采集时间为 2022 年至 2025 年,采集地点涵盖南开大学,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,上海、北京同步辐射线站。数据集包含Pt掺杂RuO2、F掺杂RuO2、Zr和W掺杂RuO2、RuTiOx固溶体、SnRuOx固溶体催化剂,以及高熵氧化物(HEOs)的制备、表征、电化学测试过程产生的数据。主要包括扫描/透射电子显微镜图(SEM/TEM)、高角环形暗场扫描透射电子显微镜(HAADF-STEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱数据(XPS)、X射线吸收光电子能谱(XAS)、红外(IR)、拉曼(Raman)、差分电化学质谱(DEMS),酸性析氧反应(OER)三电极测试,质子交换膜电解水制氢(PWMWE)膜电极测试数据。数据经多次重复实验与仪器校准,一致性良好,具有较高的可靠性和可比性。本数据集对理解复合型Ru基催化剂在酸性环境中的反应机制与结构演变规律具有重要价值,可为高性能电解水催化剂的理性设计与应用提供数据支撑。
Aiming at the issues of active species leaching and structural instability of Ru-based catalysts during the acidic oxygen evolution reaction (OER), this study adopts strategies including metal/non-metal doping, construction of solid solution structures, high-entropy alloys (HEAs), etc., to strengthen the metal-oxygen bonds in Ru-based catalysts, suppress the participation of lattice oxygen in the reaction, and develop a series of composite catalysts with high activity and stability. The data were collected from 2022 to 2025 at multiple locations, including Nankai University, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and synchrotron radiation beamlines in Shanghai and Beijing. This dataset contains data generated during the preparation, characterization, and electrochemical testing of Pt-doped RuO₂, F-doped RuO₂, Zr- and W-doped RuO₂, RuTiOx solid solutions, SnRuOx solid solutions, and high-entropy oxides (HEOs). The data mainly cover scanning/transmission electron microscopy (SEM/TEM) images, high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy (HAADF-STEM) data, X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) data, X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) data, infrared (IR) spectra, Raman spectra, differential electrochemical mass spectrometry (DEMS) data, three-electrode test data for acidic OER, and membrane electrode assembly test data for proton exchange membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE). All data were validated via multiple repeated experiments and instrument calibrations, exhibiting excellent consistency, high reliability, and good comparability. This dataset holds significant value for elucidating the reaction mechanism and structural evolution of composite Ru-based catalysts in acidic environments, and provides critical data support for the rational design and practical application of high-performance water electrolysis catalysts.
