Alcian blue staining and gross specimen after FGF injection in chronic vocal fold scar model of rabbit.

Alcian blue staining of the vocal folds injected with (left) phosphatebuffered saline (PBS) (0.1ml) and (right) fibroblast growth factor (FGF) (10 μg in 0.1mL reconstituted solution). Injection was performed 3 months after the scar-inducing injury. Gross specimen of harvested larynx of rabbit is shown and decreased fibrotic scar after FGF injection (right) was seen.

针对分别注射（左侧）0.1mL磷酸盐缓冲液（phosphate-buffered saline, PBS）与（右侧）0.1mL复溶溶液中含10μg成纤维细胞生长因子（fibroblast growth factor, FGF）的家兔声带进行阿尔新蓝染色（Alcian blue staining）。注射操作于瘢痕诱导损伤3个月后完成。本图展示采集后的家兔喉部大体标本，可见右侧注射成纤维细胞生长因子组的纤维化瘢痕较对照组显著减少。
