Fine-scale genomics of Aedes aegypti (Yellow Fever Mosquito) in Cairns

A study of fine-scale genetic relationships among Aedes aegypti (Yellow Fever Mosquito) in Cairns. Genome-wide SNPs were used to test explicit hypotheses of spatial genetic structure, and detect first and second-order kin relations.
