Data for Innovation in micro and small enterprises: resources and capabilities published by RAC-Revista de Administração Contemporânea

This research aims to identify the relevant resources for the composition of management and transaction capabilities in the context of micro and small enterprises (MSEs). The data refers to the survey applied to MSEs entrepreneurs to evaluate the resources. The data we analyzed using Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to verify how these resources contribute to the management and transaction capabilities, performed using the software R. The results demonstrate that management capability is composed of business-society and supplier relationships, leadership, information and knowledge sharing, and people management. And transaction capability is made up of the customer relationship and the results obtained by the firm.

本研究旨在识别微型与小型企业（Micro and Small Enterprises, MSEs）语境下，用于构建管理能力与交易能力的相关资源。本研究所用数据为针对微型与小型企业创业者开展的资源评估调研数据。本次分析借助R软件完成，采用验证性因子分析（Confirmatory Factor Analysis, CFA）方法，以验证各类资源对管理能力与交易能力的贡献机制。研究结果表明，管理能力由企业-社会关系、供应商关系、领导力、信息与知识共享以及人员管理构成；而交易能力则由客户关系与企业经营成果两大维度组成。
