Transcriptomic Expressional Analysis to identify global immune response against with high and low virulence strains of Infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus in Rainbow trout

In this study, we compared the virulence of two genotypes of IHNV (i.e., IHNV-Shizuoka and IHNV-Nagano) found in Korea and investigated transcriptome of head kidney of rainbow trout for identifying difference in the infection mechanisms.

本研究比较了在韩国检出的两种基因型传染性造血器官坏死病毒（Infectious Hematopoietic Necrosis Virus，IHNV）的毒力，即IHNV-静冈株与IHNV-长野株，并对虹鳟头肾的转录组展开分析，以解析其感染机制的差异。
