Metadata of dataset from balanced and confounded scenarios. <br> A subset of datasets from the full datasets to create balanced and confounded scenarios for assessing the pros and cons of the BECAs. In the balanced experiment scenario, 15 batches of data were used for each omics type, with each batch containing three study groups (D5, F7, and M8) and one replicate per group. In the confounded experiment scenario, the same 15 batches of data were used for each omics type, with each batch containing three replicates from one of the three study groups (D5, F7, or M8). Additionally, the three replicates from the arbitrarily selected reference group (D6) in each batch were employed for reference-based BECAs. Therefore, 45 study samples and 45 reference samples in balanced and confounded scenarios were employed at each omics level.

平衡与混杂场景下的数据集元数据。本数据集为全数据集的子集,用于构建平衡与混杂实验场景,以评估BECAs的优劣性能。在平衡实验场景中,每种组学(omics)类型均使用15批数据,每批数据包含D5、F7、M8三个研究组,且每个组设置1次生物学重复样本。在混杂实验场景中,每种组学类型同样采用15批数据,每批数据仅包含来自三个研究组(D5、F7或M8)中某一组的3次生物学重复样本。此外,每批数据中来自任意选定的参照组(D6)的3次生物学重复样本,将用于基于参照的BECAs分析。因此,在每个组学层面的平衡与混杂场景中,共使用45个研究样本与45个参照样本。
