Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease characterized by number of motor and non-motor dysfunctions. EEG pattern is a predictive of cognitive function in PD. In the present study, we investigated intra-hemispheric event related coherence with different cognitive dysfunctions in PD during visual oddball paradigm.

帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease, PD)是一种常见的神经退行性疾病,以多种运动及非运动功能障碍为主要临床特征。脑电图(Electroencephalogram, EEG)模式可作为帕金森病患者认知功能的预测指标。本研究在视觉Oddball范式下,针对伴不同认知功能障碍的帕金森病患者,探究其半球内部的事件相关相干性。
