ITS2 microbiome analysis of pecan seedlings. The microbiota of 25 pecan seedlings were analyzed. The microbial composition was compared between leaves, stems, and roots as well as between pecan genotypes.本数据集开展山核桃实生苗的内转录间隔区2（ITS2）微生物组分析。研究共分析了25株山核桃实生苗的微生物群落，并对叶片、茎秆与根系不同组织以及不同山核桃基因型间的微生物组成差异进行了比较。
