Dataset for: Screening for resistance to late blight in traditional landraces under greenhouse conditions

This data set includes information of late blight severity readings at 3 and 5 days after inoculation under greenhouse conditions, calculated values of Area Under Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC) and Relative Area Under Disease Progress Curve (rAUDPC) from experiments carried out in CIP-Lima during May to December 2018. Vegetal material tested were potato landraces accessions hold in CIP’s potato germplasm.

本数据集涵盖2018年5月至12月在利马国际马铃薯中心（CIP-Lima）开展的试验相关数据，具体包括：温室条件下接种后第3天和第5天的晚疫病（late blight）病情分级读数，以及病害流行曲线下面积（Area Under Disease Progress Curve, AUDPC）与相对病害流行曲线下面积（Relative Area Under Disease Progress Curve, rAUDPC）的计算值。本试验所用供试植物材料为保藏于CIP马铃薯种质资源库的马铃薯地方品种种质材料。
