We report the genetic plasticity of Sendai virus and mumps virus. We introduced insertional mutation in the virus genome and checked fitness by comparing distribution of mutans in passage 1 and passage 2. Overall design: 3 independent trial in Sendai virus and mumps virus

本研究报道了仙台病毒（Sendai virus）与腮腺炎病毒（mumps virus）的遗传可塑性。本研究在病毒基因组中引入插入突变，并通过比较第1代与第2代传代毒株的突变体分布情况，评估其适应度。实验整体设计：针对仙台病毒与腮腺炎病毒各开展3次独立重复实验。
