The annotated protein sequences of 216 fungi

The annotated protein sequences from 216 fungi were retrieved from NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) and used to identify carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes) with the dbCAN platform based on Diamond, HMMER, and Hotpep models.
