The annotated protein sequences of 216 fungi

The annotated protein sequences from 216 fungi were retrieved from NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) and used to identify carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes) with the dbCAN platform based on Diamond, HMMER, and Hotpep models.本研究从美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI，https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/）获取216种真菌的注释蛋白质序列，借助基于Diamond、HMMER与Hotpep模型的dbCAN平台，完成上述序列中碳水化合物活性酶（carbohydrate-active enzymes, CAZymes）的鉴定工作。
