在BPE阵列1、2和3的阴极储存池中分别加入不同浓度的miRNA-141、miRNA-21和miRNA-19a,孵育后置于直筒显微镜的下方,连接好CHI660C型电化学工作站和各导线,施加恒电位在阵列电极两端,用Olympus DP71冷却的CCD收集BPE阵列阳极上产生的ECL图像数据集。这些图像可以用来进行目标检测物的定性和定量分析,同时通过对医院样本的比对,获得前列腺癌分期诊断的信息。此数据集证明了我们所发展的“液体活检”超灵敏检测新方法的可靠性,同时展示了BPE-多色电致化学发光分析方法在前列腺癌临床分期中的应用。

Different concentrations of miRNA-141, miRNA-21, and miRNA-19a were individually added to the cathode reservoirs of BPE arrays 1, 2, and 3. After incubation, the arrays were placed under an upright microscope. The CHI660C electrochemical workstation and all connecting wires were properly connected, and a constant potential was applied across the array electrodes. The ECL image dataset generated on the anodes of the BPE arrays was collected using an Olympus DP71 cooled CCD camera. These images can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of target analytes, and diagnostic information for prostate cancer staging can be obtained by comparing with hospital clinical samples. This dataset verifies the reliability of the ultrasensitive novel liquid biopsy detection method we developed, and also demonstrates the application of the BPE-based multicolor electrochemiluminescence analytical method in the clinical staging of prostate cancer.
