These data were produced by WorldPop at the University of Southampton. These data include gridded estimates Unconstrained and constrained estimates of 2024 total number of people under the age of 18 per grid square at a resolution of 3 arc (approximately 100m at the equator). These results were produced using the unconstrained and constrained individual countries 2024. This work is part of the WorldPop Global Demographic Data project enabled through funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), grant number INV-045237.
