Deleted Items of Disaster Preparedness Evaluation Tool (DPET-M)

This document contains the supplementary materials (Appendix Table) for the study titled "KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDES, AND READINESS TO PRACTICE REGARDING DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AMONG HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS IN MYANMAR: ADAPTATION AND VALIDATION OF THE DISASTER PREPAREDNESS EVALUATION TOOL (DPET-M)", currently under review. The items were carefully selected for the study to assess participants' knowledge, attitudes, and readiness to practice regarding disaster preparedness.

The survey tool was developed based on previous research in the field and was adapted to align with the local context of Myanmar. Due to the ongoing review process of the main article, the DOI for this document will be updated once the article is accepted and published. The contents of this supplementary table have been made publicly available for transparency and reference by other researchers in disaster preparedness and public health.

本文件为目前处于审稿阶段的研究《缅甸医疗从业者灾害准备相关知识、态度与实践意愿——灾害准备评估工具（Disaster Preparedness Evaluation Tool, DPET-M）的适配与验证》的附属材料（附录表格）。本研究通过精心遴选的条目，旨在评估受访者在灾害准备领域的相关知识、态度及实践意愿。
本调研工具基于该领域既往研究开发，并针对缅甸当地情境进行了适配调整。由于主文章仍处于审稿流程中，本附属材料的数字对象唯一标识符（Digital Object Identifier, DOI）将在主文章被录用并正式发表后更新。为提升研究透明度并供灾害准备与公共卫生领域的其他研究者参考，本附属表格的内容已对外公开。
