Sky radiation sensor: 20-second downwelling radiation data - skyrad20s

The sky radiation (SKYRAD) collection of radiometers provides continuous measurements of broadband shortwave (solar) and longwave (infrared) irradiances for downwelling components. \n \nThese 1-minute data are collected from a network of stations to help determine the total radiative energy exchange and ultraviolet exposure at any deployment site. \n \nAt SKYRAD sites, collocated upwelling shortwave and longwave irradiance measurements are also normally performed (see GNDRAD).

天空辐射（SKYRAD）辐射计数据集可提供下行分量的宽带短波（太阳）与长波（红外）辐照度连续观测数据。
该数据集的1分钟分辨率观测数据由多站点组网采集，用于辅助确定任意部署场地的总辐射能量交换与紫外线暴露水平。
