This dataset was captured by \ndigitising the best available cadastral mapping at a variety of scales \nand accuracies, ranging from 1:500 to 1:250 000 according to the \nNational Mapping Council of Australia, Standards of Map Accuracy (1975).\n Therefore, the position of the feature instance will be within 0.5mm at\n map scale for 90% of the well-defined points. That is, 1:500 = 0.25m, \n1:2000 = 1m, 1:4000 = 2m, 1:25000 = 12.5m, 1:50000 = 25m and 1:100000 = \n50m. 新南威尔士州土地地块与房产主题房产数据为多边形要素类，可空间化呈现新南威尔士州房产厅（Property NSW）在其Valnet数据库中提供的非空间房产描述信息。房产分为三类：完整房产（Property (complete)）、不完整房产（Incomplete）与其他（Other）。其中，完整房产用于空间定位新南威尔士州房产厅Valnet数据库中定义的房产，且每个完整房产均包含与之关联的所有地址要素。数据库中存储的所有房产信息均以采集时的状态为准，且已建立相关流程以在获取新信息时持续更新数据。

精度说明：
本数据集与地块及房产数字数据集保持位置关联与对齐。本数据集通过数字化最优地籍测绘成果采集而成，所采用的测绘比例尺与精度范围符合澳大利亚国家测绘委员会1975年发布的《地图精度标准》，覆盖1:500至1:250000的多种比例尺。据此，90%的明确特征点的位置误差在对应比例尺下的0.5毫米范围内，具体换算为：1:500比例尺对应0.25米，1:2000比例尺对应1米，1:4000比例尺对应2米，1:25000比例尺对应12.5米，1:50000比例尺对应25米，1:100000比例尺对应50米。目前，本数据集的空间位置与精度升级工作正在持续推进中。
