miRNA expression profile for NHLF after treatment with 10 ng/ml of IL-13

To assess miRNA expression by IL-13 in NHLF, we carried out a miRNA analysis of NHLF treated with a with 10 ng/ml of IL-13 on 4 and 24 hr. We used the GeneChip® miRNA 4.0 Array NHLF were treated with 10 ng/ml of IL-13 on 1, 4, and 24 hr.

为评估白细胞介素13（Interleukin-13，IL-13）对正常人肺成纤维细胞（Normal Human Lung Fibroblasts，NHLF）中微RNA（microRNA，miRNA）的表达水平，我们对经10 ng/ml白细胞介素13处理4小时与24小时的正常人肺成纤维细胞开展了微RNA分析。我们采用GeneChip®微RNA4.0芯片阵列，对经10 ng/ml白细胞介素13分别处理1小时、4小时及24小时的正常人肺成纤维细胞进行检测。
