GNPS - South African (Nov 2018) and San Diego (Jan 2019) stromatolites tissue/substrate only ESI+

Substrate cores of stromatolites from Schoenmakerskop barrage pool, taken at flagged sites in triplicate over a period of two days in November 2018, near Port Elizabeth South Africa. These data are paired with concurrent water samples taken for DOM analysis from the same site.

2018年11月，在南非伊丽莎白港附近的舍迈尔科普（Schoenmakerskop）拦水坝池塘内，于标记采样点处以三次重复的方式开展了为期两天的采样，采集得到叠层石（stromatolites）基底岩芯（substrate cores）样本。本数据集同步配套了同期从同一采样点采集的、用于溶解性有机质（Dissolved Organic Matter, DOM）分析的水样。
