The H9 hESC line was provided by Stem Cell Bank, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and used for the generation of hESC-derived cerebral organoids. RNA sequencing was conducted in hESC-derived cerebral organoids to evaluate the toxic effects of DEHP exposure on cortical development. There groups were identified based on different doses of Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) exposure (control, 50uM and 400uM). There were three samples in each group. The transriptome-wide alterations were assessed after DEHP exposure.
人类胚胎干细胞系H9(human embryonic stem cell line H9)由中国科学院干细胞库提供,用于构建人类胚胎干细胞来源的脑类器官。为评估邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, DEHP)暴露对皮层发育的毒性效应,本研究对上述脑类器官开展了RNA测序(RNA sequencing)。实验根据DEHP暴露剂量设置了三组处理:对照组、50μM组与400μM组,每组均包含3个样本。DEHP暴露后,对样本的全转录组表达变化进行了检测分析。
