2、精装修住宅业主满意度主要包括设计风格、装修质量、智慧家居、维修响应、建材品牌、空间规划、节能环保七个因子，由业主根据自身感受以1-5分进行打分。

Analyzing owner satisfaction with finely decorated residential properties is a critical step for optimizing the management and service of renovation engineering enterprises, which helps enterprises identify deficiencies in project management, formulate targeted improvement measures, enhance the comprehensive quality of renovation projects when serving owners, maintain good relationships with owners, improve corporate image, and boost brand value and overall competitiveness.
1. Data was collected from questionnaires distributed to owners of finely decorated residential properties under our enterprise in Lianyungang area, and analyzed after data cleaning, anonymization, and removal of outliers, null values and erroneous values.
2. The owner satisfaction with finely decorated residential properties mainly covers seven factors: design style, decoration quality, smart home equipment, maintenance response, building material brand, space planning, and energy conservation and environmental protection. Owners score each factor on a 1-5 scale based on their own experience.
The weights of the seven factors, calculated via the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), are as follows: design style (16.370%), decoration quality (14.416%), smart home equipment (12.462%), maintenance response (14.720%), building material brand (12.723%), space planning (15.849%), and energy conservation and environmental protection (13.461%).
The overall satisfaction score (rounded to 2 decimal places) is calculated as: 16.370%×Design Style + 14.416%×Decoration Quality + 12.462%×Smart Home Equipment + 14.720%×Maintenance Response + 12.723%×Building Material Brand + 15.849%×Space Planning + 13.461%×Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection.
Per industry standards, a score below 3 indicates dissatisfaction, a score ≥3 and <4 indicates general satisfaction, and a score ≥4 indicates satisfaction.
