A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the cropland ecosystem at Shunyi station from 2019 to 2020

Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, the raw observation data acquired by the eddy covariance system at the National Agro-environment Shunyi Observation and Experimental Station from 2019 to 2020 were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the data for each year includes 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).

本数据集遵循ChinaFLUX数据处理规范，以国家农业环境顺义观测实验站涡度协方差系统（eddy covariance system）于2019至2020年采集的原始观测数据为基础进行处理，生成了标准化的生态系统碳、水通量及关键气象要素数据集。该数据集每年包含8个Excel数据文件，分为两大类别：LITE类别涵盖主要通量与气象变量，ALL类别则在LITE类别的基础上补充了数据质量与插值指标。每类别均包含4个数据文件，分别对应半小时（HH）、日（DD）、月（MM）与年（YY）四种时间尺度。
