miRNA sequencing of Rattus norvegicus heart tissue

10 rats were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group (n = 5) and the drug administration group (n = 5). The animals in the drug administration group were administered single-dose DOX (40 mg/kg) intraperitoneally, whereas the control group was administered the same volume of normal saline. The animals were dissected at 24 h after administration, and the heart were selected for miRNA sequencing.

将10只大鼠随机分为两组，即对照组（n=5）与给药组（n=5）。给药组大鼠经腹腔注射单次剂量的多柔比星（DOX，40 mg/kg），对照组则注射等体积的生理盐水。给药后24小时处死大鼠并取材，选取心脏组织进行微小RNA（miRNA）测序。
