We collected the recency (R, measured in days since the most recent purchase), purchase frequency (F, total number of purchases), and total purchase amount (M, in RMB) of steam eye mask customers in the Yinchuan region. The RFM model was adopted to conduct customer value rating, and customers were classified into four tiers (A, B, C, D) via RFM analysis. Targeted marketing strategies were then implemented for each segmented customer group to enable precise and effective operational management. Differentiated management strategies were formulated for customers of each tier: For Tier A customers, exclusive maintenance mechanisms will be established, with dedicated account managers assigned and their demand responses prioritized, to consolidate core customer relationships through customized services; For Tier B customers, growth incentive management will be implemented, using methods such as purchase frequency rewards and early access to new products to drive their upgrade to Tier A customers; For Tier C customers, basic service management will be strengthened, with stable rights and benefits protection and regular demand follow-up visits to improve customer retention rate; For Tier D customers, reactivation management will be carried out, delivering targeted benefits based on their consumption preferences to activate their potential demands, thereby enhancing customer loyalty and repurchase rate. Through customer tiered management to meet the personalized needs of customers across different tiers, this dataset provides data support for customer tiered management for enterprises in the beauty and personal care industry and other related sectors. It helps these enterprises efficiently match customer demands, implement precise personalized services, and ultimately enhance their market competitiveness.
