Transcriptome sequencing following OLR1 gene knockdown

To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying OLR1 knockdown in HNSCC, we performed RNA sequencing on the SAS cell line transfected with si-NC or si-OLR1, with five biological replicates per group. Personalbio (http://www.personalbio.cn/) in China conducted the RNA-seq library preparation and next-generation sequencing.

为探究OLR1基因敲低在头颈部鳞状细胞癌（HNSCC）中的分子机制，我们对转染了阴性对照小干扰RNA（si-NC）或靶向OLR1的小干扰RNA（si-OLR1）的SAS细胞系开展了RNA测序实验，每组设置5个生物学重复。中国的Personalbio公司（http://www.personalbio.cn/）完成了本次RNA测序的文库构建与下一代测序工作。
