Flow cytometry, inverse microscope and image analysis plankton data, as well as the Normalized Biomass Size Spectra (NBSS) constructed from said data of the planktonic communities of Elefsina Bay and Aghios Kosmas (Saronikos Gulf, Greece) during winter (December 2012) and summer (September 2013) in two layers. Data are presented in Batziakas S., Frangoulis C., Tsiola A., Nikolioudakis N., Tsagaraki T. M. and Somarakis S. (2020).
