Fecal samples from 124 adolescents aged 12-16 years in China were collected for 16S rRNA sequencing, metagenomic sequencing, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Chronic stress was measured by the Adolescent Life Events Scale and the Study Stress Scale.
