隧道排风系统是道路隧道必不可少的组成部分,关乎安全性,使用过程中,隧道排风系统噪音也是一个不可忽视的问题。为了不影响隧道内车辆驾驶者,隧道排风系统的噪音测试也变得越来越重要。隧道排风系统噪音测试是一项非常重要的工作,可以帮助工程单位选择合适的隧道排风系统。在进行测试时,需要选择合适的测试工具和测试环境,并对测试结果进行准确的分析,以保证测试结果的可靠性。选定声功率级作为隧道排风系统发射噪声大小的评价量。优先采用的噪声发射量为A计权声功率级LWA,以dB为单位(基准量1pW)。根据国家标准要求,进而确定具体的测试方法和评判准则,为隧道排风系统噪声测试更科学合理地提供依据和参考。通过对声功率级噪声检测,为产品性能是否合格提供更精确保障,为政府监管、工程单位购买提供参考和技术支撑。隧道排风系统在测试环境空气温度不超过50℃,环境空气相对湿度不超过85%,海拔高度不超过3000米;对隧道排风系统周围4个测试点由微音器测得声压级LPi(dB)数据,计算4个测试点的平均声压级Lp=∑Lpi/4,根据测试方法,对不同产品类型隧道排风系统采用不同声功率级噪声LW 的计算,形成最终的声功率级噪声:长筒隧道排风系统类Lw=Lp+8dB(A);中筒隧道排风系统类Lw=Lp+11 dB(A);短筒隧道排风系统类 Lw=Lp++14dB(A)。

Tunnel exhaust systems are indispensable components of road tunnels, as they are critical to tunnel safety. During operation, the noise generated by tunnel exhaust systems is also a non-negligible issue that disturbs drivers inside the tunnels, making noise testing of tunnel exhaust systems increasingly important. Tunnel exhaust system noise testing is a highly significant task that helps engineering units select appropriate tunnel exhaust systems. During testing, appropriate test tools and environments must be selected, and test results must be accurately analyzed to ensure their reliability. The sound power level is selected as the evaluation metric for the noise emission level of tunnel exhaust systems. The preferred noise emission metric is the A-weighted sound power level LWA, measured in decibels (dB) with a reference value of 1 pW. Specific test methods and evaluation criteria are then formulated in accordance with national standards, providing a scientific and reasonable basis and reference for tunnel exhaust system noise testing. Through sound power level noise detection, more accurate guarantees can be provided for whether a product meets performance standards, and references and technical support can be offered for government supervision and engineering units' procurement. The test conditions for tunnel exhaust systems are specified as follows: ambient air temperature shall not exceed 50°C, relative ambient air humidity shall not exceed 85%, and altitude shall not exceed 3000 m. Sound pressure level data L_{p,i} (dB) are measured by microphones at four measurement points around the tunnel exhaust system, and the average sound pressure level L_p is calculated as L_p = (∑_{i=1}^4 L_{p,i}) / 4. According to the test method, different calculation formulas for sound power level noise L_W are adopted for tunnel exhaust systems of different product types to obtain the final sound power level noise: For long-cylinder tunnel exhaust systems: L_W = L_p + 8 dB(A); For medium-cylinder tunnel exhaust systems: L_W = L_p + 11 dB(A); For short-cylinder tunnel exhaust systems: L_W = L_p + 14 dB(A).
