Histone methylation levels such as H3K9me2 and H3K27me3 during adipogenesis were determined by CUT&Tag analysis using 3T3-L1 cells with or without iron binding site mutations in DNA demethylase TET2 or histone demethylase JMJD1A.

本研究采用CUT&Tag分析技术,对脂肪生成过程中的组蛋白甲基化(Histone methylation)水平进行了检测,所检测的修饰包括H3K9me2与H3K27me3;实验所用细胞为3T3-L1细胞,分为两组:一组为DNA去甲基化酶(DNA demethylase)TET2或组蛋白去甲基化酶(histone demethylase)JMJD1A携带铁结合位点突变的细胞,另一组为未携带此类突变的对照细胞。
