data for "A Large-Scale Evaluation of the Surface Water and Ocean Topography Mission Measurements of Lake Water Surface Elevation Accuracy Drivers and Data Quality Strategies to Enhance Data Availability and Reliability"

This dataset was developed as part of the study “A Large-Scale Evaluation of the Surface Water and Ocean Topography Mission Measurements of Lake Water Surface Elevation Accuracy Drivers and Data Quality Strategies to Enhance Data Availability and Reliability”, submitted to Water Resources Research. It includes the geographic locations of 132 Brazilian hydroelectric power plants (“reservoirs.gpkg”), their attributes (“ONS reservoir data.csv”), and time series of water surface elevation (WSE) measurements (“ONS timeseries.txt”). Additional data include the waterbodies from ANA, Brazil’s National Water and Sanitation Agency (“ANA waterbodies.gpkg”), and hydrographic regions defined by ANA (“Hidrografia_Brasil.gpkg”). The SWOT tiles intersecting Brazil are also provided (“Brazilian SWOT tiles.gpkg”). Due to Zenodo's file size limitations, the complete Version-C SWOT datasets for the LakeSP_Obs, Raster_250m, and Raster_100m products are not included in this repository, however, they are freely available at https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/search. The sizes of the zipped folders containing the relevant tiles for each product are: 13.43 GB for LakeSP_Obs, 56.47 GB for Raster_250m, and 191.96 GB for Raster_100m.本数据集系为提交至《水资源研究（Water Resources Research）》的研究《地表水与海洋地形（Surface Water and Ocean Topography，简称SWOT）任务湖泊水面高程测量精度驱动因素及提升数据可用性与可靠性的数据质量策略的大规模评估》所开发。 数据集包含132座巴西水力发电厂的地理坐标信息（存储于reservoirs.gpkg）、相关属性数据（存储于ONS reservoir data.csv），以及水面高程（Water Surface Elevation，简称WSE）测量时间序列（存储于ONS timeseries.txt）。附加数据包括巴西国家水务与卫生署（Agência Nacional de Águas e Saneamento，简称ANA）的水体数据（存储于ANA waterbodies.gpkg），以及ANA划定的巴西水文区域数据（存储于Hidrografia_Brasil.gpkg）。此外，与巴西区域相交的SWOT瓦片数据亦已提供（存储于Brazilian SWOT tiles.gpkg）。 受限于Zenodo平台的文件大小限制，本仓库未收录LakeSP_Obs、Raster_250m及Raster_100m产品的完整C版本SWOT数据集，相关数据集可通过https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/search免费获取。各产品对应瓦片的压缩包大小分别为：LakeSP_Obs为13.43 GB，Raster_250m为56.47 GB，Raster_100m为191.96 GB。
