血管外膜淋巴网络相关4 个血管疾病模型单细胞转录组整合图谱

本数据集基于小鼠动脉粥样硬化、动脉导丝拉伤、自体血管移植及同种异体血管移植四种血管重构疾病模型，联合正常小鼠主动脉开展单细胞转录组测序，整合构建血管重构疾病单细胞转录组学图谱。研究重点关注血管外膜三级淋巴组织形成特征，通过细胞降维、聚类与注释分析，系统解析疾病状态下的细胞异质性。数据集目前包含总计111096个细胞，整合后数据库约检测到19849个基因表达。

This dataset is developed based on four vascular remodeling disease mouse models, including atherosclerosis, arterial wire-induced injury, autologous vascular transplantation, and allogeneic vascular transplantation, combined with normal mouse aortas for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), to integratively construct a single-cell transcriptomic atlas of vascular remodeling diseases. This study focuses on the characteristics of tertiary lymphoid structure (TLS) formation in the vascular adventitia, and systematically analyzes cell heterogeneity under disease states through cell dimensionality reduction, clustering and annotation analyses. Currently, the dataset contains a total of 111,096 cells, and approximately 19,849 genes are detected to be expressed in the integrated database.
