Comparison of clinical and laboratory diagnoses of patients with HF.

Abbreviations: HF, hemorrhagic fever; HYSHF, Huaiyangshan hemorrhagic fever; HFRS, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.Clinical diagnoses were made based on clinical findings and suggestive biochemical parameters according to Ministry of Health guidelines.Laboratory diagnoses were made based on bacterial culture, serological and molecular tests.
