Conjunto de datos: Occupational hardiness profiles and their link to senior nursing students being able to Thrive

Emergent explanatory mixed-methods approach and takes place at the School of Nursing, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Participants: In the quantitative phase, 55 senior nursing students (98.18% female, 1.82% male) in their final year of the undergraduate program were included. The participants had a median age of 25.05 years, with a standard deviation of 1.339. The qualitative phase involved two focus groups, each comprising three participants.

本研究采用涌现式解释性混合研究方法，实施地点为智利天主教大学（Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile）护理学院。研究对象：定量研究阶段纳入55名护理学本科最后一年在读的高年级学生，其中女性占比98.18%，男性占比1.82%；该群体年龄中位数为25.05岁，标准差为1.339。定性研究阶段开展2组焦点小组访谈，每组各包含3名研究对象。
